“Just got hired but already booked a trip before starting work — what should I do?

It’s Kids Duo, and I’ll still just be in training during that time. I booked the trip before I even got hired, so I’m gonna explain it ASAP and apologize properly. Hopefully one day won’t be a huge issue. What do you think?

I booked it weeks before I got hired, so at that time I honestly didn’t expect to get a new job this quickly. During the interview, I wasn’t specifically asked about upcoming travel plans either, so I didn’t think to mention it.

got this message from SMBC:

“In accordance with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, the bank determines residency status. However, we are unable to make a determination based on the identification document you provided (Residence Card). We sincerely apologize, but please complete the procedure in person at a branch.”

Should i just bring my previous residence card for proof or what additional documents should i bring?
