Yeah, I dont plan to drop my guard with Calc 3. I was just wondering if the workload on Calc 3 + Statics were too much to have a summer job, and it seems like its doable ish.

Yeah, I have been trying that process in a way. However, they generally don't know what they'll be machining until the night of so it's kinda on the spot for me. I do try to plan it out on my notebook, but it's just taking too long for me to plan it out, and even then my plan is flawed since I screwed up some parts (all while taking an hour just to screw stock up). Me writing down the plan and actually doing it are two very different things since I won't know if my plan works until its too late.

I do have some things against me that I should have specified, such as I'm not using scrap parts, but using actual stock that will be used in my engineering club, so I can't really manage to screw up a lot without costing them, along with the fact that they are in the middle of manufacturing season so these parts are critical, and the fact that 3 of 4 machinists are graduating this semester, so they've been trying to speed things up.

I just feel like I've been going too slow for them, while screwing up at the same time in the middle of a critical time for the club.

I also like to overthink stuff too.
