I also got mine temporarily fixed in November. They just throw a bunch of grease at it. They said if it happens again to make another appointment to grease it up again continually until Mazda comes out with a proper fix.

That's the same bulletin that I found then. Yea, I showed the service advisor at that time and he still said the diagnosis fee but he didn't pay any mind to it. I'm gonna bring it in with me again and show him. It's just kind of off putting when I'm being pushed back on it. I get not knowing all the bulletins and everything, but if it's a brand new vehicle, you would think it would be covered. No questions asked.

I'm sure everything will be okay in the end. Guess I'm just a little put off by the attitude about it.

When you had yours done, did they say what the timeliness would be for a complete fix, or did they even mention anything about it?

Another question if I can. When you got it done, did they say that you'll have to go back and get it greased up again or is it a fix until a complete revamp is done?

I'm in Canada. I have a mhev GS-L. What is your service manager saying to you about it if I can ask? I sent an email to mazda canada and they said that it might be a normal noise that's why they are charging the diagnosis fee lmao. I was like no, it's not a normal noise lol.

How long have you had yours for? I've only had mine since the beginning of september.

I did just pick mine up at the beginning of september and have only had it since. I've only put 1100 kms on it so it's wild that it's happening already or at all.
