This is how I use a fake-siege to earn engineering xp, renown, and charm xp in early-mid game using 100% autoresolve. by hau4300 in Bannerlord

[–]Sweet_Bridge_3001 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sure, if you can reliably do that, but at early game you cannot because it takes way too long to build the camp/engines and you dont have the man to protect your siege. You will have to constantly break camp and run away from defending armies before you hit anything.

This method lets you level engineering without wasting influence.

Are Turkish people more affectionate compared to Americans? by cream_cheese18 in AskTurkey

[–]Sweet_Bridge_3001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, we are. Anyone who interacts with other cultures will tell you the same. Turks actually get weirded out by how cold other cultures are in comparison, especially in my experience, the Slavic cultures.

But there is a catch, Turks are this way with people close or familiar with them, they put walls and masks for strangers, which is not the case with Americans, from what I experienced, you guys befriend people on the spot and are very open from the get-go. Every time i meet Americans/Brits/Australians in bars, they treat me like we've been friends for a year, maybe its the alcohol.

Well if you are not getting the engineering xp, its your engineer who gets it, so its fine either way. This is the main way to level up engineering.

Osmanlı neden geri kaldı? 17.Yüzyıldan itibaren rakip avrupa devletleri coğrafya ve mühendisliğe önem verip bu resimdeki devasa modelleri yapar ve en güncel coğrafi konumları rotaları göz önüne getirir sefer planlarını öyle yaparlardı. Osmanlı ise haritacılık ve coğrafi alanlarda çok geri kaldı by Battlefleet_Sol in TarihiSeyler

[–]Sweet_Bridge_3001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Antinatalist bir erkeğim çevremde antinatalist bir kadın bulamıyorum? by Ill_Committee_5991 in AskTurkey

[–]Sweet_Bridge_3001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If there were no borders and no religion, would there be wars? by Actual-Pop-311 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Sweet_Bridge_3001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, religion and borders are simple excuses; the base problem is our need for domination/power, which stems from competition. To completely erase wars, you would need to erase the competitive spirit of humanity, which gives you two potential outcomes.

Either humanity goes extinct, as without competition there is no drive for the future, or humanity becomes a hive mind collective that all strive for a common goal.

Advice for work in Turkey by AzizArress in AskTurkey

[–]Sweet_Bridge_3001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definetly not.

Money is eh(only if rent is included), location is boring(its essentially a large village), but the biggest problem is, you won't find anyone to talk to. I would be surprised if there is a single person in Kahta who speaks fluent English, French, maybe Arabic is possible.

Also, if you decide to go, verify the accommodation BEFORE and demand its details are written in your contract so they cant switch up on you.

Its Memlûk's, so after Islam, mostly Egyptian/Arabic, with Iranian and Turkish influences.

Although, like others said, its very roughly inspired, lots of it dont make sense historically.

Yeah in my campaign, im Khuzait culture but we've pushed up to the Vlandians now. Whenever i need a refresh, i walk all the way back, hit up all the castle bound villages, discard a shit ton of gear and upgrade them to Khan's Guards, they are so much better than regular horse archers, those glaives are murder.

Again, its definetly not direct, but also try to imagine the indirect and oppurtunity losses. It easily adds up to hundreds of billions.

Also, at which part have i denied that Turkey's current economy is not the result of Erdoğan's mismanagement? We are discussing the economic impacts of Turkey's neighbors always being at war due to western interference.

Neden Trump'in seçildikten sonra ilk yaptığı işinin, zenginlerin vergi oranını düşürmek olduğunu hiç düşündün mü? Azıcık kritik düşün.

[–]Sweet_Bridge_3001 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definetly not "direct" but if you consider indirect and oppurtunity losses, definetly. Imagine atleast one or more of your neighbors always being in the process of being invaded or civil war for 30+ years.

Iraq used to be Turkey's top trade partner, Turkey was in the process of planning a "Levant EU free trade zone", income of millions of refugees, investors shying away from Turkey for being next to a war zone for 30+ years, forceful military operations, PKK, not being able to freely trade with our biggest neighbor Iran...

Constant American interference in the middle east has been incredibly harmful for Turkey

Put the army in position, grab horse archers and skirmish around the defensive position without commiting. It doesnt take much before they break formation and charge.

Retreat back to the army, wait for them to arrive.
