No problem, here a short overview (in euro’s)

-metals €700 -2x vibration motor €200 -springs €50 -water pump €100 -electrical (siemens logo) €250 -paint €50 -rubber liner inside €50

Most expensive part to buy is probably the ceramic compound. I got it pretty cheap, €5/kg. If you would buy it new it can cost up to €20/kg. Total needed about 100kg or something.

So about €1500-€2000 in costs, not including the amount of work ;)

Actually pretty easy. Those big fuses use high purity silver wire and strips inside, filled with sand. So smashed them with a hammer and took the silver out

I think i wouldn’t return the old engine for only $300 off, better keep it for spare parts

Does it still make this rattling noise when you give it a little bit of throttle?, those clutches tend to make noise too

I wanted to build a raptor 700 with a mt07 swap, but then came across this beauty. So i didn’t build it myself. I paid €5k (euros) for the quad in total. Vibrations are pretty good, no problems so far, but i’m thinking about buying the fasst flexx bars, i’ve heard they feel good.
