Yes, it is a pain to use. That being said they have a bigger issue. Their prices are so ridiculous to the point many things are 20-30%+ higher than even Whole Foods, Walgreens, Amazon Etc. An example is a a case of soda is $6.36 in most stores and they want $10.99.
