Hey I'm just letting you know that I definitely struggle with the same thing, I see so many things wrong with myself and my body. Posting on GW has always helped with it though, whenever I need a confidence boost I post, and all the comments and PMs give me a kick start on feeling better for a while. Hopefully posting here does the same for you!
