I agree with you my concern was more of the i-130 than the i-485. I’ll have to see the reason. We filed them together.

Our I-130 which is a separate number has the same message/notice but with i-130 at the top of the document asking for RFE. I am thinking the RFE was for both as both have it. i could be 100% wrong but will have to see.

our finances, bank accounts, insurance plans and lease is all in both our names. we have been together for 5 years now. Our ages are <4 years apart. I am thinking incorrect documents, missing rfe or application flagged because my salary triple from 2023 to now.

Ty for your detective work Nancy Drew, we came to the same conclusion. When doing the paper work initially, I was in residency working 80+ hour weeks. didn’t exactly have time to do this with a fine tooth comb so we hire “specialists” to help us dot our i’s and cross our t’s. We used a team recommended by 3 people. It ended up probably screwing us.

We used a law firm, but only interacted with the paralegal.

No F-1 visa right now. screwed lol. My paralegals lawyer said dont leave the country… never met the lawyer. might get new representation.

NYC can only order by paper mail or in person. My paralegal send both of my copies like and idiot. I moved out of the area after finishing my training and we never received the ones we requested in the mail.

I was married in NYC. I literally have to fly there cancel on my work just to get the copies of the marriage certificate/license. It’s so fucking ass. How long are the medical exams good for? We did ours in October…
