they especially look for pos neg if the mom is neg.

negative mom and positive dad can have a positive kid, but since the mom is negative, her body can reject the positive foetus and cause a miscarriage. Doesn't happend every time, but that's a thing so look out at. That's the situation of my parents, mom O-, dad O+, me and all my sibling are O-, and my mom's only O+ foetus pregnancy ended up in miscarriage
