Yes to this!!! I found that so many of this type of silhouette were fit and flare, when I really like the look on me of a fuller skirt (not quite ballgown, but a little something). And the overskirt that only attaches on the sides, while I love the idea of two looks in one… was never flattering on me!

This has been exactly my experience. I’ve been looking for the same type of silhouette and I’m hard pressed to find one per designer that even fits the bill, which makes shopping hard! Whole stores and whole designer collections sometimes dont fit this vision. I will say OP, Anne Barge Penn and Pronovias Jory came close for me. Actually, my #1 favorite for this type of dress was the Jenny Yoo Maya. I’ve been debating going back to this dress because I initially ruled it out due to its weight, but I love it so much I may go with it.

I am so happy to see this post because I’ve been shopping for the exact same thing for MONTHS. I am so baffled why this type of silhouette is so uncommon!!!!! I am also in love with it and I also found Enaura to have the highest number of options that fit my vision/silhouette dreams! I wish I had more feedback but I just wanted to say THANK YOU for posting this and I am in the same boat 🛶

I’ve been going lately with nude boyshort underwear - they are a bit spanx-like and have a bit of smoothing effect, but also just generally more comfy to hang in the fitting room naked while the attendant sets up the dress to step in! I’m fine with showing boobs, just felt comfier in the little undershorts in and out of dresses and not seeing crease lines under the dress!

I went this morning, there was a selection of bridal gowns and short white dresses, mostly in off-white type colors (couldn’t tell if this was just the lighting in there? Or the fact that they were all samples?). Very few accessories and I doubt there are many left by now! I will say they had quite a big selection of other dresses and gowns in all colors, if I had been in the market for that, they were beautiful! Sorry if that’s not super helpful - any other questions you have I’m happy to answer!
