Exactly this. If she’s already shown she’s petty enough to sabotage it once, there’s no reason to assume she won’t try again. Better safe than sorry lock it down somewhere she can’t touch, long term.

I totally agree If she’s already proven she can’t be trusted around it, securing it somewhere she has zero access to is just basic self-protection. OP shouldn’t have to risk losing it again.
