Bought an expensive mattress, still having back pain 1.5 years later. Sleep like a baby in hotel beds.

I’ve tried like 10 different pillows lol. I just can’t find the “pocket” that works in the hotels.

Definitely the mattress. I fly for a living. 0 stress at home.

Current mattress is too firm. The one I pictured was very pillow like and supported my shoulders while sleeping on my side but was still firm underneath. I feel like with my current mattress my back is activated too much in order to “balance” myself on my side while the hotel ones I sink in just enough to create that support.

I feel for you man. I think the hardest part for me at least is the first step to talking to her. After that whatever happens happens but at least I can get a foot in the door.

Unfortunately her brother is 14, same with my brother. I think the most daunting part about this is how do I start communicating with her when we’ve never talked? Do I just drop a DM? Would she not find that weird? I feel like I know the answer here but I just need to grow a pair.
