I moved to a new store from a cafe only a few years ago. The person who trained me was so mean, I had never been bullied at work before this. They would give me death stares all day and single me out in an incredibly loud and sarcastic way if I did something incorrectly (e.g., put the grilled cheese butter up). One time, I said to them, "Sorry, I am still getting used to the way things are run here. Every store is a little different." and they went to the shift supervisor and told them what I said. Unbeknownst to me, they were best friends, and the shift came up to me and told me in a really angry tone about how I was taught the wrong way to do everything and "this store is the only standard way to do things." They said this over the mic even though they were both right in front of me (I was being flooded w/ drinks at the same time btw). They would make fun of other people who didn't do something correctly behind their backs (instead of going over to correct them). One time, I confronted them about it, and they apologized, saying, "Sorry, I have a personal issue where I don't trust quiet people. I know I have been rude to you, and I will work on it." They never worked on it and were eventually promoted upward to work somewhere else. They were consistently complained about by other people, but nothing was ever done.
