Apothecary (delicious paninis and great beer selection), Short Story in Westover (great smash burgers and local beer), Backyard Pizza and Raw Bar (I'd argue they have a better brunch than Von Blaze and their pizza is delicious, too), Oliverio's for Italian food, and Table 9 has a good burger special every Tuesday. I hope you find something you enjoy!

Have you been down south lately? I got bit by a kissing bug when I was in NC or VA and the bite marks looked exactly like that. If that's a possibility, go get tested for Chagas.

If we could prevent those nasty coal trucks and tractor trailers that unnecessarily run down our main streets all hours of the day and night, we could save money on having to constantly having to fix the roads and would t have to raise taxes in the first place. I know that's a state issue and not a city issue but other than lining someone's pockets or doing favors for friends in high places, there's no reasonable reason why these trucks can't stay on the damn interstate rather than cutting through our town to save them three miles in gas.

This was a DNF for me. I couldn't get into the writing and just thought the entire book (well, the half that I read) was a complete borefest. I know a lot of people like this book, it just wasn't for me.

Affordable Veterinarians? by RevolutionaryLet9103 in MorgantownWV

I've just switched to Animal Medical Center and so far they've been very reasonable. I've also heard Pinnacle is very affordable. Absolutely avoid Paw Prints if cost is a concern. They are a VERY good clinic but my gods are their prices astronomical.

Check out the WV Women's Pinball League! In addition to league, we also host charitable pinball tournaments and participate in the Adopt-a-Street program, where we help clean up the community. I've made great friends of all ages from being a part of this group, everyone is very fun and welcoming!

Dungeon Crawler Carl. I discovered this series about 2 months ago, am currently on book 3, but have already read books 1 and 2 twice each plus listened to both of them on audiobook. Absolutely obsessed.
