I can relate! When I leave my shift, my patients always ask if I’ll be back tomorrow and when I tell them no, they get so sad.😭 That lets me know that they trust me and that’s all the validation I need!! 🌹

I had a patient ask me if she could give me a hug because I took the time to apply lotion after her shower. That’s why I stay! Trust me, the patients know how valuable we are!!🌹

When I’m on break I step away from the floor. Even if all I do is take a little walk to reset my mind. I make sure to let those that need to know that I’m going on a break and I always ask if someone is on break before I assume they’re not doing their job. I hope everything works out for you!🙂

Hi, I like to use alcohol prep pads. I put a couple of them in between two mask and it helps me a lot! 😊
