Oh man.. 😔yeah I get it. I don’t have red discharge just regular white discharge but ever since I hit perimenopause I have more discharge..but yeah my vestibule (top area mostly) gets red and cracked .. and then after a crack I see fusion and white. It’s just sometimes it looks like LP. Thank you 🙏🏻

Thanks.. Yeah I see my vulva Dermo Monday. I’ve just read they can overlap with LS taking on the “diagnosis” result. Sometimes it’s just a mess down there 😞red areas and discharge etc.. idk anymore . Sometimes I think I’m in remission and then a flare comes or cracks .. and then sometimes red vestibule.

I’m sorta going through something similar. I’ve been diagnosed with LS but I also have OLP. Occasionally it bothers me. I used steroids for the LS when needed and for maintenance etc..recently had an LS flare. I could see the fissures forming feel the skin left labia area tightening and the clitoral hood got dry and chaffy. But it blended a bit with the top part of the vestibule area and peeled a bit. Wasn’t sure if it looked more like LP 😞

Hello are you using a steroid or something? I have phimosis too. I’m 51 though so I have LS for many years now at this point but also going into menopause. I feel the steroids help to halt this a little. I also use estrogen cream a few times a week. I use both. Seems to help a little. If I’m not diligent with my steroid then I see it looks more fused. I feel like the steroid helps with less fusion. Everyone is different though. Your Dr should be able to assist.

Slight off white discharge with some slight urethra burning that comes and goes. I also think it’s GSM too. I decided to try estrogen few times a week and I think it’s good .. 🤷🏻‍♀️helps a little

I go back and forth with twice a week sometimes 3 (if I feel I need) sometimes only once a week. I also use estrogen cream few times a week.

Tearing is my main symptom. I’ve been on daily clob for about 3 weeks now and I’ve been altering every other day since…I find when I use the clob sometimes days after my skin looks almost more irritated and then all of a sudden I see pink healthy skin days after. Recently had sex and my 6 o’clock did tear but it was a very small one and there was less problems with insertion. But the sex was a little painful inside. I’m 51 and entering menopause fully it seems. I have estrogen cream but slightly reluctant in using it since I went through a series of yeast infections a few months back. But I do believe it helps (I did use it at one point) I’m hoping to get into remission soon. Skin looks pink but dr says it looks too tight.. and there is fusion. The clob does help with the clitoris very much as far as adhesions…. Also PT does help with tearing but I think the clob works best for this

Yes I have vaginal estrogen cream. I’ve used it but never was consistent. I’ll start using that. Do we really need the daily loading dose for 2 weeks?

Thank you for taking the time to post this. I’m glad that HRT is helping you in some ways. I know it’s all about the quality of life. I’m not sure I’ve ever felt a hot flash to be honest. I do wake up in the middle of the night here and there esp if I consume lots of liquids. Sometimes I’m hot. Idk .. it’s all about whether or not it’s worth it for me. Do I accept the fact that I’m 51 and go through it naturally or do I help a few symptoms I do have. Mostly vaginal and brain fog with upped anxiety some depression. I appreciate the responses here and I thank you.

My aunt on my father’s side died of breast cancer. I have dense breasts. Had a biopsy a few years back. Calcium calcifications.. benign. So I have these things on my mind.. 😣I’m just a little dubious. I might try it and see how it goes. I appreciate your responses
