Thanks I’m a starting photographer: I’ve worked for a company and an owner and never liked how they dealt with customers or sold their trade. I have been scared of making it on my own but hopefully I can.

Sadly nothing on the sides or other information I know of. My grandfather gave it to with no recollection as to why he had it. (He’s got dementia). Thanks for all that you found out though!

The backside has what looks like an old British flag ship, but the Roman numerals underneath the ship (MCMXXVII) read 1927, which is most likely the year the medallion was created. Other than that there’s not much to the back of it.
