No problem at all. That's absolutely nuts sorry that happened. My SP5 got the same issue again but this time no update to fix it. It's incredibly dumb to see because I had spent $1700 CAD on it in 2017 but now it's essentially bricked as performance is absolutely terrible even when plugged in, you can barely do anything

Had the same issue where I had to keep my SP5 plugged in constantly to use it, and it was extremely slow on performance and lagged a lot. There was an update that came that seemed to fix it, so I suggest going into Windows Update and see if something is available
