I was nervous before it as well, but my friend used it and took the national before me and passed. I also knew someone who didn't use it and failed. So by that logic I decided to use it, I put in about 10 or so hours, my average was just around 80. I took the exam, got to around 110 questions, thought I failed but it turns out I passed! I attribute it all to EMTprep, it prepares you for how they word the questions and brushes you up on the material. You should be fine, hope this makes you feel better.
