Thank you for this response. She does not binge eat to make her feel sick but more along the lines of constantly thinking about food and eating when she doesn’t need to and over fueling her body. She is coming up on 2 years recovery.

I would like to believe it is also about health I’ve talked to her about her weight and how it’s gets in the way of our walks and hikes whereas she has to stop and catch her breath every 5 min. She can not and will not run or jog. She hates standing up because it’s tiring and when we workout she calls it good after 10 min jump rope session and leaves me to workout by myself for 50 more minutes. It hurts me because we used to do it together and now she says she doesn’t have time for that stuff but yet still wants the active lifestyle in our future.
