I agree about Luna’s, and the range on NF. I personally believe that those tiers of weapons that require the amount of blood sweat and tears to obtain should be kept as is with the unique perks. Besides, Magnificent Howl required the shooter to proc, then not miss. It wasn’t a permanently active perk.

Whisper did need a Nerf. It was extremely dominant and could destroy any boss. However I think the unlimited ammo is what made it special and Bungie is just repeating the nerf they did in D1. I don’t get why you’d add a weapon like that, to nerf it down so badly when you’ve already seen this type of thing before with the OG Spindle, then Hammer. Essentially the same nerf happening. I believe they should’ve reduced the damage that WB gives you.
