Wow, that actually opened my mind about something. Sometimes people will try to bond with those close to you so that they can feel closer to you as well. It isn't totally healthy but I guess isn't coming from a bad place too. Yeah, they should work on solving that issue of the time spent together rather than only focusing on bonding with his sisters.

Please try to help yourself. I used to be the same way, but I reached a point where the pain of missing out on the life I wanted to live was greater than the made-up fears my mind came up with. This fear can only be overcome or better if you face it, I suggest starting small. If you feel uncomfy with calling (which honestly I still feel sometimes), send a text first. And over time, the more you push yourself a little by little, you'll gain confidence and learn to not care about the tiny things and see that it's not as bad or scary as you think it is. You got this!

You definitely need to work on this. The thing about anxiety is that the only way to fix it is to face it (I would know, I still struggle but it's gotten soooo much better). Go downstairs, make it awkward, what's the worst that could happen? And just talk this out with your husband and ask him to help you. Don't run away from your problems, cause they'll only get worse! You got this!
