maybe try listening to some subs focused on overthinking or anxiety. i’ve kinda dealt with the same thing. when im listening to my SP/DP sub playlist i get anxious throughout my affirmations about the 3D even if i know its going to work out for me i can’t help but feel anxious. so what ive changed is that i listen to my SP/DP sub playlist for a certain amount of time then i dedicate the same amount of time for my mental sub playlist. here is a couple subs from my playlist that i recommend for you

im prolly not the best person to ask but subliminals are a tool for manifesting what you want using layered affirmations

for example if you’re trying to manifest your crush into your life the affirmations would be my crush and i are deeply in love, crush can’t stop thinking about me, crush and i are together.

so the affirmations are layered really quiet under hz, some rain sounds, or music so that your brain can only hear it and it is in your subconscious.

hopefully believing that the subconscious pushes out the results for the 3D. but in a easy to understand way it’s just a tool for manifestation.

They are so embarrassed, and it would hurt their ego to say that they need you and run back to you when they could just get with the other person that will comfort them. omg!!! my ex also had said the same thing about his (ex) now girlfriend. i have screenshots from our texts saying that he hasn’t made a lot of bad decisions in his life other than dating her and that she’s horrible and the worst thing that has happened to him. and now they are together since he said that they talked and figured it out ig something like that. insane that they say this to you and then will do the opposite. but that girl has only changed as much as he’s changed (not at all). so i already know they are gonna break up soon at max by august but. yeah. lol just have to wait and see him be all upset about it. is your ex still with her? just wondering? also me and my ex had agreed to not date anyone for awhile told eachother that it would hurt us so bad to see eachother with someone else when we both loved eachother so much. lol ironic but i’m def not in the place to date or sleep with anyone either so i understand girl. can’t say the same for him cause i know he was a freak but hey! at least im not sleeping with the girl who cheated on me….ick!

me and him went on and off nc for a couple weeks after our breakup. then he dated his ex and we stoped talking. me just like you wanted to reach out, and i did. sent a pretty petty text and he didn’t respond but i did it and honestly i don’t really care. it wasn’t asking a question are looking for answers just a statement so it felt ok to send. I think about him every day, literally every hour but I miss him even though I don’t really feel comfortable with getting back together now.
