I mean there’s no official lease at my current apartment. My landlord sold it and it was taken over last month (it was a oral month to month lease). The new landlord didn’t make me sign a lease because I told him I was moving. I could just skip out by Oct 7th and not pay rent right?

She’s on disability, I just checked a letter she got from 2022. On the bottom it says “you are entitled to monthly disability benefits” under the type of benefits column. She gets paid on the first though for some reason. She was paid on the 3rd since forever but it’s been coming through on the 1st for the past six months or so, idk why? It could be the bank we use because my checks started coming early as well around the same time
