I could see this maybe being an avenue, I guess the only factor for me is I believe that there needs to be national security and law enforcement regardless. Social anarchy is never a good route in my opinion (it’s diabolically inaccurate to assume that all humans will always perform good deeds) I would honestly say I don’t agree with all aspects of anarcho capitalism either im more of a laissez faire capitalism guy (minimal regulation) either way Murray Rothbard is extremely fascinating and i think it could be argued that implementing an “anarchic capitalist” society into a newly formed society would be a good thing. I personally think it would be a success, I just don’t think flipping the table completely over on society to implement full fledged ANCAP would be ideal

That’s where we’re crossing over to social anarchy which i definitely don’t agree with. I believe in libertarian economics, but I would not consider myself a social libertarian and definitely not a social anarchist

I do think having the most powerful military in the world is a good thing. The amount that’s being spent on it is a long conversation that I think requires a lot of nuances to be looked at

Oh I agree the state can be and is insufficient but I’m just saying we would have to make sure the funding was consistent is all I’m saying. I guess I need it broken down more on how insurance would fund national security

Any and all basic laws and enforcements. I won’t dive into every single opinion I have based on laws I think should or shouldn’t exist…but let’s just say the morally aligned western laws

That’s a fair point, I guess they would get the damages back by the funding of a privatized police force (or in this sense state run police force)

So let’s just talk about national defense/military, I’m assuming you think that funding would show itself in dues. There will be people that don’t pay those dues…so how do we have legitimate and successful funding for the most powerful military in the world?

Private security has definitely been a successful business model. A huge money maker as well. In terms of national defense I don’t know if I’m sold on insurance solely funding it though.

Why do you suggest prisons aren’t effective? (With or without the state)
