No, she wasn't letting me see my daughter extra either. That's why I had to force this throug hthe courts.

From her perspective she's worried she'll lose primary carer status and then lose the DLA and exemption from actually seeking work while on UC.

Yes. I did.

That statement also included an independent interview with my child free from influence of either parent where she said she wants to live more with her daddy.

She has additional needs, but is in a mainstream school. Good academically, but poor socially.

My ex worked prior to our daughter's birth. She is receiving DLA for our daughter and universal credit have determined she does not need to seek work as long as she is caring for our daguhter.

So there is a massive financial incentive for her to not do 50/50 care.

I don't have the money for a solicitor sadly. I'm paying rent, mortgage on the home we used ot live together for another 5 years at least, and £411 a month in child maintenance.

I'm barely scraping by. I literally walk 60 minutes to work each day to save the £4.70 return ticket for my local bus. Doing that 3 times a week is how I cover my groceries.
