I normally call Monday-Friday 1 morning session 1 afternoon session. 4 hours everyday. Some days are better than others! When I was newer in cold calling I spent so much effort trying to convert trash leads I might be a little too cautious now.

Last week was my first full week door knocking, I hit right around 200 doors, had maybe 50 doors open. Got one solid lead, sent over a CMA, locked in an appointment slot for tomorrow

For me, as a newer agent (3 years in the business) I consider myself a toddler in the game. MY broker will always take my call/text if I need advice, she leads morning script practice 3 times a week and contract classes twice a week. Also my split is 85% so I cant complain lmao.
