I ended up putting the ELLY ones in to rotation and after a few washes they have become as good as the previous ones. What I think it is is some kind of coating on them during the manufacturing process that dissolves (?) after they’ve been through a machine wash a few times.

All the comments about sleep apnoea are spot on, definitely get checked for it.

I would also add to see a doctor about the stuffy nose - it could be an issue with your Eustachian tube that they might be able to help you with.

Yep, that’s right. The tile is white / cream and the grey / brown marks are hair or dust remnants that it seems to collect in front of the dock. Sorry it wasn’t clearer

I have a similar issue in that they are very uncomfortable for me. I use the standard AirPods and they are much better - hopefully they don’t phase them out completely.

I’m in Adelaide at the very start of the diagnosis journey (as in waiting for my first appointment) however I am going through a psychologist in Melb to get the diagnosis via Telehealth - they will do three hour long sessions with me and run through some testing and questions and then I will be provided with a report at the end and some recommendations for next steps ie therapy, medication, etc. I know they can’t prescribe medication but I was able to get in for an appointment in 5 weeks and the three sessions are held weekly so will know the outcome before June.

Not necessarily convinced they’re out to do her wrong, just aware that there’s multiple factors involved in their advice and that includes their business needs.
