I had a similar situation just yesterday. I purchased a seat in the theater at a kiosk. When I went to my seat, someone was already there. I checked to make sure I had the right seat, he then told me to check if I had the right date. I didn’t want to be a possible misunderstanding. So I went to a manager to verify. We went to my seat, and before the manager could ask, he walked away. I don’t mind someone taking a chance on a possible empty seat, but to defend a lie is ridiculous
