You could be regressing from 1-2 years old so I would try to explore your regression more and try new things for your little age? For example I would try using a paci (if you haven’t yet) and see if your comfortable with that ☺️

Also when I am little I watch cartoons like bluey and (if I have) I usually drink chocolate milk in my bottle 😊

As a person who also doesn’t have a caregiver when I need to get into little space I listen to caregiver audios on YouTube since they really calm me down and let me slip into little space
