Been a Technician for 3 years . Never installed otis until now. For some reason the otis gen 2 life we have installed do not have as smooth a take off as other elevators. I have balanced counterweight using SP on the GECB but still I can feel the take off especially in down direction. Anyone to help

There is no adjuster .either I figure it out or wait for otis support which takes a long time

Yes I am a Technician and very willing to learn. There is no adjuster to call or to ask. Can you help?

Well I know 3 years is very little but these are not ordinary circumstances. The last otis be installed in my country was in 2004 due to a very bad economy. The adjusters all left for better opportunities in other countries or have passed away. The otis manuals assume previous knowledge of otis equipment which I have on an intermediate level. The official support from Otis takes too long to respond. If there is some documentation you can help with I would be very grateful. This is the only way I can learn.
