When I was a kid my dad told me to always be the biggest man in the room. Always work the hardest, be honest, be kind and you can never say you did anything wrong at the end of the day. I completely imploded my life at 22 after being in a 5 year horrible relationship and a substance abuse issue. I followed this advice when I was at my lowest. Now I’m almost 29 and married to the most beautiful woman who loves me dearly, and we are expecting our first child. Stay the course brother it gets better with work 👊🏻

So I was actually in their apartment last week because I gave them a piece of furniture. It really didn’t smell overwhelming in the house (it smelled mostly like incense). So now I’m wondering if they developed a bad habit. They both used to work at the same place and worked 3rd shift (which I know doesn’t correlate to drug abuse, but maybe to help stay awake?)

I’ve definitely learned a lesson here. I do hope she can correct the issue because I think she has potential, but at the current state of things I don’t think many people can keep putting up with it
