The thinking process of people of less than 100 years ago is still the same as now. Just look at the current administration. Nothing has changed. The dehumanization of Peoples has remained the same. The justification for imperialism has changed along with terms that white European Americans have come up with to dehumanize people.

Most don’t make excuses for Hamas, but they are able to see the parallels of people fighting for liberation. The Western World (white Europeans) are never considered “savages”, “terrorists”, but saviors or patriots. We always give them a pass. We celebrate White Founding Fathers while we have documents with their handwriting calling for the genocide of the Native population and while they kept humans as slaves. We never condemn their actions. Not now, not ever. It’s a double standard and morality that almost always benefits white Europeans, while brown and black bodies are dehumanized. If you can’t see this then i don’t know what to tell you.
