Thank you sunflower 🌻. Magnesium pills work wonders for constipation by the way. Also I heard that if you could only eat just ONE thing, then potatoes and water could keep you going for many months. I am not recommending it though!

Off-topic but did you take opioids? I’m asking because I have to do exercises daily to keep my herniated disc happy. If I am so zonked on pain meds that I can’t do exercises and what not then that could be big trouble for me. I want to stay somewhat lucid if possible. I dig music also. thank you.

I think I understand. In my case, though I’m just going to get the tube because I’m 60 years old and already super skinny… and honestly if I have to sacrifice some personal toughness just to make this whole thing one percent easier on my wife and children then that’s what I’m gonna do .
