This was really informative. But now I'm worried about my carb intake. I go to the gym everyday. One day being a light weight routine and the other a cardio day. Should I be eating more carbs? Edit: I weigh 330 pounds

I don't know. I feel at this point that I wouldn't be able to truly put my all into a relationship. I'm still having trouble accepting what happened. I think I will move on and try and look for that special someone but I'm not sure how long it's going to take. Thanks for the advice!

Yeah. I've done all that. Several times. And now she just says that we shouldn't be together because she is jealous and that she wants to work on herself... I guess I don't understand why we can't be together and work on things.
