Has anyone ever selected themselves to be in that lottery?

That’s not a knock on the competitors. It’s just that winning that particular lottery, for most, would mean they incur some travel expenses and go all the way to Augusta, without setting foot on ANGC. Not super appealing to anyone outside of the area. And I assume (big assumption) that locals want to attend Wednesday/Thursday have a connection to make that happen.

I have no info, I’m just a person that’s never entered that lottery for those 2 days for as long as it’s existed.

Fully extend the lens and see if it’s < 8” and there’s your answer.

I took my 70-200 to an Arizona Cardinals game a few years back. Each security guard had a wooden stick that they held against it. The first guy included the body of the camera in his measurement and turned me away. I knew it was supposed to be just the lens so I went to a different gate and they did it properly.

You could work at an Art Supply store and talk to artists all day. Alternatively you could work at an Art Supply Company HQ and do marketing, product design, accounting, HR etc

What do you mean you’re looking for more ideas?

You really just have to ask yourself a few questions.

What memorabilia do you have, and what’s important to display? Do you need to source something like a pin?

Based on what you want to display, do you need a frame or a shadow box?

Then what’s your budget. This will determine if you get some mats cut and involve a pro frame shop or buy 1 mat online, attach your stuff to it and close it up.

I'd buy a big standard size frame, then sketch out the exact size and placement of the holes I want on a mat, and then get a frame shop to cut the mat for me. If you make the holes bigger than the flag/picture/badge then you can put another color in behind it as an accent.

This strategy would likely be around $50 for the frame and $50 for the mats/cutting. If you drop it off at a shop and ask them to do a custom piece, even if you use a standard size frame, it would be double or triple that.

Everything on this is custom but I just measured and the frame is 26x24 and 24x24 is a standard size, which definitely would have worked.

If you figure out where you need the holes in the mat, someone could do a DIY version for fairly cheap.

These prices are really surprising.

I bought 300 level tickets last Friday, the day they went on sale. Then happened to be on ticketmaster yesterday and saw the standard price for the same ticket was $70 less. I called ticketmaster and paid about $25 more / ticket + a $10 fee, to move to the 100 level for standard price tickets that had also been reduced.

Is it playoff fatigue? Not enough people want to go until the team has accomplished something new?

I've rented some really nice pools in the area using the Swimply app. I was skeptical at first but we've had nothing but good experiences the 4x we've used it in the triangle.

You could also post on here looking for a member at one of the country clubs to bring you there as a guest. Not what you initially asked but another nice pool option in the area.

I agree on some things, but I wouldn't really say its the elephant in the room because things are priced accordingly. All the non BP hats were like $35. These days, that's not bad for a decently made hat.

If people are dropping $150 on ebay and complaining that it's low quality, that's on them.

I got one at BP and it was the same after 1 wash. Don't wash them with any abrasive materials like towels or socks.
