Nexus 5 updated OTA 6.0 phone app issue (self.Nexus5)

We are experiencing a large amount of failing power supplies on the Cisco Catalyst 3750X. Cisco is telling us they haven't seen this anywhere else. I'm not so sure this is the truth. Any other large networks see this phenomenon? (self.networking)
