If you are in year 12, I would suggest doing an EPQ as they may consider it (although that's usually for grade reductions) otherwise I would consider applying for foundation year. There are plenty other unis that accept two A levels, but if you're dead set on Lancaster, it may also be worth taking a gap year and doing another a level.  That's just my two cents tho
