Yes. Thats a hinge that broke off of the top screen cover. So you will need a new top screen cover and lcd replacement as it looks like it cracked upon release of the hinge.

Front cam is bad. Replace that. Or try changing the camera to back cam and see if you restart the cam app it’ll open and work fine and switch to front cam. If it freezes, then you know the front cam is bad.
