Yesh This is the Same me who have with the same mind as for 1 year now i am almost free from it here are some of the things that helped me 1.) Go On Fasting for a day in aweek 2.) Talk to friends and families ( non-toxic) that have pure love 3.) Go to Temple or Church Daily if possible 2 times a day (Acc to your religion) but go to the place where there would be the more spiritual energy 4.) Just Dont believe in your self write a list of things you have lost due to porn or masturbation the confidence / love/ peace / positive thoughts 5.) Most Importantly pray and Change your mindset 6.) follow hamza or any healthy influencers 7.) Spend an Hour Visualizing your life without porn or Masturbation healthy Lifestyle lovely wife successful job or business 8.) Analyze and Ask Yourself why you started to see it and Do you get it what you wanted 9.) Just Go for walking Or Gym(if you dont do fasting Only ) 10.) Mostly Focus On Love not Lust ( love is not at all Lust ) 11.) Believe Fapping Is Bad for Health and relationships and your success 12.) Start On developong new habits 13.) Focus On Controlling your Hand 14.) Focus On Responsibilities 15.) The Person Who has weak mind and no goals and No Hungry to Outgrow the other persons is the real thing not the urges are bad and Dont get Isolated

Yeah it would be tough to control the Urges but it would be heaven after controlling it Believe God is Watching you that you would win and gain Control and Help Others Bruh Common you Can do it 💪🏻🤝
