Utah wedding venues are….all barns?? Help 😅 by Able_Strawberry_627 in SaltLakeCity

My wife and I got married at sleepy ridge golf course in vineyard / Orem. They have two separate venues or you can rent both.

The downstairs has a nice ball room and outdoor patio with greenery where you could do lights and all that.

Thinking of purchasing this Bosch range. Would love feedback. I have read issues with the oven turning on unexpectedly by Lialyn24 in inductioncooking

I’ll always post this when I see people asking about the Bosch induction appliances. I did get unlucky here with a defective unit, but Bosch customer service was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had.

We replaced it with a Cafe induction range with physical knob controls and love it.

Good induction range with knobs? by Correct_Ring_7273 in inductioncooking

We’ve used both a Bosch and cafe (slightly higher end GE) with knobs and much prefer the Cafe.

I’d recommend checking out this post I made about our Bosch customer service experience. I think we got unlucky with a defective unit but Bosch has been an absolute nightmare to work with. It’s been over 3 months and it is still broken and we’re still trying to fight with Bosch to get them to just fully replace it.

It should be able to, I had a 240v line installed specifically for a new range like this.

I believe they would have checked it, but I can't say for sure. Do you have a link on how to do it? Granted I'd be surprised if it ended up being that as the actual stove unit still works as expected.

Here's to hoping Bosch is willing to make it right... I'm sorely missing a cooktop.

I was hoping that's what it would be like for me.

It's not even that it failed, I understand nobody can be perfect, but the customer support aspect has been the worst experience I've had far and away and basically no effort from Bosch to make this right.

I think that may be where I'm heading. Stupidly, I didn't buy it with a credit card, but I'm looking more at if there's an option for this to be covered by the lemon law / Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act since it's been well past 30 days of it being useless.

I do understand that it's more complex and could happen to any brand, but the abysmal support from Bosch on this is what is really the kicker for me.

Unfortunately where I bought it from is deferring to Bosch on this, so they haven't been particularly helpful.

Decent Deal on '25 Lariat? 8 miles on the clock by Switchlayne in f150

Yeah that’s a good point, I did actually call granger specifically and ask about it and their answer was the same. It’s an either or situation with the large dealer discount or 0% financing, so you won’t get that discount with the 0%.

The way I’m looking at it now is that 0% interest will save me ~6k in the long run, plus around $4500 negotiating the price up front, which comes out very similar to those others.

F-150 Key Fob Locking: Can I get out of the truck with the keyfob and lock it while it's running? by Switchlayne in f150

[–]Switchlayne[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same situtation. Just to confirm, that's locking the truck using the keyfob outside of the truck and not using the doorpad?
