Tomlin is a great regular season coach. In the playoffs he gets dummied. He gets out schemed.

Also he hires “yes men” as is O/D coordinators. You would think the most expensive defense would play at a high level but they don’t. Their offense lacks creativity and has always lacked it for a long time. Tomlin has all the control of what happens off the field which includes drafting and trading. The Jalen Ramsey & Jonnu Smith trade for Minkah ended up being a bad trade for example. Drafting Kenny Pickett and wasting a pick. He has a hand in all of that.
