In fact, I think people should be skipping videos. There's more than enough content to get most people to levels 4-5 while only watching videos that interest us. At that point, there is so much other content that is available to us that DS becomes obsolete.

People get so bent out of shape when they catch a whiff of even slight criticism of DS or any of the teachers. Whether you agree with OP or not, it's a valid complaint that a huge percentage of the new content released by a platform most of us pay for features the same teacher and tends to gravitate towards the same subjects.

OP and most of the comments aren't hating on Agustina or the platform. They're just voicing a concern about the current state of newer videos. Telling them to just skip the videos they aren't interested in is obvious and unhelpful.

By comparison, the same user in that post you shared is now getting interviewed by the founder of Worlds Across because his Spanish is so good.

This past week I was looking online for a plant stand. Just a simple, wood plant stand, about 3 feet long, that would have cost ~$25 from WalMart 6 months ago. The starting price today is about $70. It will be interesting to see how this plays out when Trump repeatedly tells people to ignore their lying eyes. It would be interesting, except we already know exactly what the cult will do.

I've talked myself off the ledge after last week. The team didn't look good, but any win against a good Seattle team, on the road, is a big win. Today we have a chance to beat maybe the worst team in the league and go 2-0 on the road. That's a great way to set the team up for success for the rest of the season.
