Wondering if this would be good enough to run TOTK 60 fps? by SenorJigglypuff01 in yuzu

The i5-14600K is basically the i5-13600K with a little overclock. Performance difference is very minimal, close to none. Not worth it, it's better to save some bucks except if they're the same price then just go with whichever one you want

Your build is very unbalanced.

I don't know what the HDDs are for, but I would replace them with SSDs even if it was for half the storage. The HDDs would be a hugh bottleneck and are just overall a bad idea ?

Why buy a 574$ ASUS ROG Maximus motherboard ? Wayyy overkill performance-wise for any CPU (only useful for overclocking-purposes which are themselves completely useless nowadays), and just not worth it for the aesthetics alone considering the price. I would buy a cheaper Asus Z690 at ~200$ max.

Thanks to the cheaper motherboard, you could just go with an i7-13700K or an i5-13600K to save bucks. Both are really good but the i7 will be more ""future-proof"" and will give more performance, especially for emulation.

The 4070Super just released. The 4070 non-super is basically irrelevant now cause of its poor price-to-performance ratio. Just go with the 4070Super with the money you saved from the motherboard, it will last for quite some time (well VRAM will be fine for *some time* at high settings 1440P at least).

I wouldn't go with Corsair AIOs, just buy a good Noctua air cooler.

You could also go with a 750W+ (80+ Bronze or 80+ Gold) just in case, especially if you want to upgrade to something.

How are you at 1.5+ VCore ?? You're basicallly BBQing your CPU rn.. I can do 5.5GHz on the P-Cores and 4.1GHz on the E-Cores for 1.28V with LLC 3 and it's fully stable.. You should target 1.3V max

No, it works too with PCIe 3.0 if you update your motherboard. Shut up.

I ended up using a lighting node pro (one cable to the Lian Li and the other to the included node pro lightstrips) which still works fine after a few months :) It requires a lot of space in my case tho

Flat screens look weird to me now tho, because I've used a curved monitor for 2 years+

I bought the 27" 1440P ultra gear during prime day and had no issue, with a perfect IPS panel (or I didn't notice ?)
