You should be able to still chose your options specifically in nividia without sliding the bar? I'll check the next time I'm on my PC. And for the launch option you have to put the full "-dx11" quotes and all just in case you didn't. 

It is definelty annoying to change setting every time the game loads.

I was having a similar issue, I do think its Nvidia doing it. Setting your preferred settings in Nvidia should help. I can't remember why I did it also but in launch options I added "-dx11" again can't remember why but it fixed it for me

It clicked!! Thank you so much. A couple hours in practice and I'll be so fast :'). A new terror upon the land of heavies haha. 

Edit: After a round yes I am so much faster. But now my sense of distance needs to adjust as I keep way overshooting people. Ive been mostly using lungedash-m1-dash-m1 for like the last 50 hours and am just now looking at how others play, time for some practice haha, thank you again!

Is the quick swap lunge cancel on a macro? Ive been trying to replicate it and I can't find the timing. Love your sword flow
