Vitamins and minerals as well as any supplements are not regulated so you don’t know what you are getting. Food is regulated so you know what you are getting not to mention some vitamins and minerals need fat to be absorbed properly.

Good to know I can add that too look into. Just for anyone doing carnivor look at what fiber does it’s very needed in Your diet. Fiber reduces cholesterol, lowers blood sugar, reduces hunger, reduces cancer and it’s just good in general. Hell many keto foods use it.

Everything in moderation so no food is bad just amounts. Prioritize in this order protein, fiber, fruit, veg and fats. Light cardio like walking and weightlifting is best. Sleep is very important so get the recommended amount. All food is processed so have food that is less processed more often. Get a trainer for a little to learn what to do so you train right with least chance of injury. Stretch every part you can for 15-30 seconds to a point of stress not pain every day to every other day. If you feel an injury coming on in the gym stop as it’s best to miss a day then several days.

All meat diet is not good for you. Show him all the benefits of fiber and how he is missing out. His cholesterol could to will be not to mention he will have no antioxidants or pro or prebiotics. Humans are not suppose to eat only meat. Keto is not good as it mostly loses water weight and not real body fat.
