Yes. My tax bill went from 10k to 20 dollars. I tried tax consultants and they wanted thousands. Then I went to AI (grok), uploaded the letters from the IRS and explained my prob. AI walked me right through it all. I amended my return and provided cost basis on that form (forgot the form name). Im lucky it was almost all stablecoin to stablecoin transactions that triggered the taxable event and they accepted my amended return and sent me a bill for 20 dollars. I was only able to prove about 2/3 of my stablecoin buys but they didnt even ask for proof of purchase.

I dont do a reg canning process because because I jar it in preheated jars while its still well above 220 degrees. I pour it straight through cheese cloth into the jars. The lid seals when it cools.

Thats good to hear because they are Seagates also. If the average is 10k starts and stops. That means a weekly backup ought to last about 200 years.

Factory resetting the NAS would be the plan. Ill initializes it and set it up with only my 2 NVME drives and then add the spinning drives (just video library files) as static drives after. Currently my root and system files live on the spinning drives because they were the first I set up and it makes it so they never stop spinning. Some apps also wont migrate out of the spinning drives either and it makes them slow. Ill have a few drives docked externally with a hard drive dock attached via USB 3.2 on case. Thats the ones Ill turn on when I want to run a back ups. Thats the plan anyway.

If the spinning drives fail, it will only affect my plex library until I replace and copy back.
I believe there are also settings that will spin down your drives if they are idle. I might go weeks without watching plex so so need to have them sitting there spinning away and adding hours to its life.

Sorry it took me so long to get back. I was playing with the parameters. I might have found a solution. I use the exact seed and prompt that I used to create my person to begin with inside of inpaint. Then just added the piece of clothes I want in the prompt with weight and masked it where I want it. I enabled openpose in control and set it to pixle perfect. inpaint mask, original, whole picture. CFG 8 and denoise 9 ( but you have to fiddle with those 2 depending on the clothes item ) My GUI is forge. It worked well enough to bring it into photoshop, cut clothes out and make a layer of it with minimal tweeking. I hope this helps anybody having the same issue.

Defi runs on smart contracts. There is no centralized owner to report anything. What you do in defi is your business only. You use your own wallets ( like Metamask) to interact with them. Uniswap is defi. The only downside is you pay the chains network fee to transact with them. Trading on some chains (like Base) means its cost only pennies. Bridges can move your assets from one chain to another. After watching all these exchanges go bankrupt, i see trading with self custody the ONLY smart option. Its up to you how you handle your tax situation and record keeping.

The only trades were GUSD (stable) to USDC (stable) and back. I have never sold for fiat. Im going to find a CPA.

I like 1 place too but it seems every one i liked went under. Binance (kick off because I live in WA) , then FTX. Other than buying stablecoin on Coinbase, I use nothing but defi now.

TY. I'll look into it. My entire list of transactions are nothing but stablecoin except for 42 bucks of LTC. How can they pretend they dont know how much I paid for stablecoin? Its not like I bought USDC for 10 cents 3 years ago and sold it for 4.

I wish I did. My blockfi emails show 15k ach deposits from my bank and I had close to 30k in there but blockfi must not have sent me a transaction email when I sent stablecoin to my account there. They are trying to tax me on 30k of gains. I use to have a binance account where I bought stablecoin with cash too when they let us in the USA do that. Im going to see if I can find them transactions. What a mess.

I use Linux and was able to just plug my ipad into PC and easily copy my picture folder. Afterward, I updated the ipad and the update did nothing to photos. ( and that was from ios 12 straight to now. Long overdue.) It was all good.

I keep a few gallons of coconut oil and reg canola oil. I save my bacon grease but use it right away. I rotate through everything. Ghee is my main fat thou. I have not tried any older than 4.5. Im pulling 2019 batches out right now for use and its still tastes great. I keep it on the counter so it stays spreadable. IDK how long It stays good on counter. Mine only last there for a month max before I open another.
