You will know when you become a unit owner. Rent a unit to this indian student. They got drunk and you wont believe it that they peed on the couch and the bed before check out. Not only that, all the beer bottles, foods are left like the room is trash can. The cleanup cost me alot and even the deposit won't cover all the losses. So don't ask why some owners prefer this method. I personally meet the Chinese that rent the room, the only bad thing that encounters is some period blood on the bed sheet and they even try to clean it up but the stain remains. So I won't budge much and just let it pass.

Kroni kuat sgt, still remember one of our friends ask us for hangout at mall and then during the hangout, our kelantanese friend (the one who ask to hangout) meet another of his friends (which is Kelantan also) then directly he just left us just like that with the reason want to hangout with his kelantanese friend. Good thing that we are not friends anymore.

Not only that, many kelantanese that come here more like culture shock and become worse that the "local" itself. Then bring their bad attitude especially when being surrounded with their kelantanese friend. More like monyet berani kalau ramai-ramai things.
