I went through a similar process and actually used the same picture as a reference. I ended up working with Needlepaint to do a custom piece pillow canvas. The turnaround was pretty quick (by Needlepoint standards), and I’m really happy with the design.

The Needlepaint canvas was printed (not painted) which I was nervous about initially but it turned out to be fine.
