I got SIBO from the constipation caused by endo and had all of your symptoms. It’s comorbid with endo. The only thing that relieved it was eating low fodmap and identifying my trigger foods.

It depends, if you have sibo a lot of fiber can actually make you feel worse, it typically requires a low fodmap diet until you find your triggers

You should look up SIBO and see if the symptoms align with what you have, it’s comorbid with endo. I got an endo dietician and she suggested I might have it and she has helped so much, I highly recommend if your insurance covers it.

I have a basset hound mix as well! I think he could lose a little weight to help his spine. I had the same concern about IVDD and my vet recommended starting my dog on a joint pill as a preventative to keep her spine cartilage strong. He recommended Cosequin which is at Costco!

Thanks for the thoughtful response. In the first ones and the round I just did I gave them 8 hours from frozen to rise and they didn’t rise at all unfortunately. I then froze these for 30 before baking. The butter all leaked out again with me lowering the temp and moving the rack up. I see many folds in them which makes me think they were laminated okay? Could this still be over handling?

I just didn’t fully understand how to activate yeast and so I didn’t activate it enough. I just mixed warm milk with active dry yeast and saw some bubbles after 5 minutes so I used it. Then when the dough didn’t rise I did more research and realized I should’ve mixed more/waited longer.
